Access to the account where your domain is managed, usually the company you registered it with or whoever set up your current site. Tracking down that login can take a while, so it's worth starting as soon as you decide to go forward. Launch waits until we have it, and the 14-day clock pauses while we wait.
Can you keep parts of my current site?
Yes. Tell us what you'd like to keep, whether that's your logo, colours, your photos, a certain page or even a particular phrase. The mockup form asks upfront, and we can go over it further if you decide to work with us.
